About Me:

Hello! Nice to meet you!

I’m a 500 hour trained yoga teacher, Energy Medicine Yoga teacher, daily meditator, weekly traveler, and homebody. I am a person of contrasts; I enjoy local & world travel, culture, experiences, and I absolutely require solitude & space.

Yoga came to be a part of my every day life about five years ago. Up until that point I had been to a handful of yoga classes, but it wasn’t until I moved to Montana and started attending classes at a local studio that I felt a pull to understand the deeper meaning behind the practice. I have a natural tendency toward anxiety and overwhelm and yoga seemed to be a healthy remedy to that. On a whim I attended a 200 hour yoga teacher training in my community. There I was introduced to the transformative power of kriya. This technique of yoga became something I incorporated into my every day practice. Feeling the power of it I was drawn to take my studies further so in the fall of 2022 I attended Sattva Yoga Academy in India at the base of the Himalayas to do my 300 hour yoga teacher training and experience yoga in the birth place of where it originated.

I currently reside between my hometown of Seattle, WA & Bozeman, MT where I work full-time as a flight attendant. When I’m not working you can find me out & about in nature as the mountains are my soul place!
